My daughter is now 3-June 27, 2008, and my husband and I are launching a birthday party. It's a cupcake party theme and colors are chocolate brown and pink. I need ideas for games, candy bags, favors, etc. I want to keep everything favors for the kids like little details for them, which will be great. Our budget is about $ 300 and I think we can do much more if we wisely.
