How much does a gallon of gas cost in your area? - drop in gas range
I live in Madison County, Alabama, and gas stoves 3.09 per gallon, just south of Huntsville, at 2.92 per gallon in Meridianville and Hazel Green, towns just north of the city.
Since the recent sharp drop in gas prices I'm curious what others are paying for gas. Gas was a little high here after the pipe fell after the hurricane, but fell like a piece of lead in the week. Last Sunday, my husband was paying 3.40 per gallon to fill his motorcycle. No big problem when gas for your trip is only $ 15 per week, but the price is pretty impressive.
